i really loved how close it was to the boboli gardens. it was literally across the street. the lobby looked beautiful when i checked in and the staff were very kind throughout my whole stay. my room was large and had many storage areas.
my room was not perfect, but that's okay. the toilets looked a little old. i noticed the room felt very cold at night since the heating wasn't working perfectly. it wasn't a huge deal, though.

The location provided a quiet atmosphere, yet it was close to the city center. I found the building's character appealing. It resembled a palazzo. The room's decoration matched this style. I booked the garden view. It provided a quiet moment after a long day.
The bathroom lacked cleanliness upon my arrival, and it remained uncleaned in the following days. There were not enough power outlets available. I requested an extension cord, but it was so old that I couldn't plug anything into it.

i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the room was also quite basic.. there was no settee or armchair. the street view was unexciting.

the building is a historic palazzo. i enjoyed learning about it. the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. they provided reasonable tour packages.
it was not very comfortable to walk the many steps to get to the room. the beds weren't that comfortable either. everything was clean though.
